The Not So Secret Key To Life
What is it that you and most all other life forms cannot live without?
You guessed it, Oxygen. As we know, oxygen is crucial to sustain life. It’s chemical symbol is O.
Fact: Only a precious few minutes without Oxygen, and life as you know it would cease to exist (don’t try this anywhere, seriously- life is too precious).
As children we used to see who could hold our breath the longest. You have probably held your breath, while under water or maybe even just for the fun of it. When you held onto just one breath for a short period of time, you just had to quit that activity; and when you stopped, you started gasping for air.
If you pushed it too long (cutting off oxygen supply to the brain) you probably became light headed and/or nearly fainted. (some might have turned blue, red, pale…)
Obviously, the body’s natural reaction is to end this holding cycle and to simply breathe again. Breathing is automatic; it is part of our built in survival mechanism.
Now you may be one of the intelligent, smart few who really took time to think deeper before you answered. You may have replied that Water is the key to life that you cannot live without. Hmmmm. True.
Water is known chemically as h2o. Two hydrogen molecules combined with one oxygen molecule.
Whether hydrogen is more important than oxygen is a debate which continues but everyone agrees, both are essential to our survival. There is an interesting twist everyone will appreciate when it comes to their own health, wellness and longevity. That is……
When combined in equal parts (h2o2), hydrogen and oxygen combine to form a dynamic duo for survival.
Just think about it.
Very little research has to be done to prove this point.
H2o2 forms what we call hydrogen peroxide.
We utilize it to avoid getting infections (cleaning cuts, scapes, abrasions).
H2o2 is present in mother’s milk keeping the milk pure and the baby’s insides pure while babies are in their first rapid stages of growth outside the womb and exposed to a multitude environmental toxins, dust, debris and all kinds of stuff. Their immune system needs this support while it builds the necessary antidotes (antigens).
H2o2 is robust. It helps eliminate mold, mildew and a variety of fungi.
H2o2 is a powerful disinfectant, bubbling away, cleaning… it is a household staple.
Warning: Like most all product you consider for use in your environment, most h2o2 contain stabilizers and chemicals. This makes the store bought hydrogen peroxide unsafe for internal use.
Therefore, be selective when using h2o2 for cleaning foods and especially for rinsing your mouth or for killing germs associated with that sore throat.
Although just a few ounces in a sink of ‘good’ water is a great parasite remover and cleanser for your fruits and vegetables (most are sprayed with traditional, toxin laden pesticides) take care to get the food grade hydrogen peroxide and dilute according to directions.
Special Warning: A straight shot of this ultra powerful food grade h2o2 can cause internal bleeding and maybe even death. However in it’s proper ratio of dilution with distilled water (17:1, distilled water to food grade (35%) h2o2) the result is the same mixture as the store bought hydrogen peroxide (%3). This Goldenrod will Soon Be a Sweet Medicinal Tea


Goldenrod is a delicious, Medicinal herb that can be enjoyed in many forms (as a tea, chew or poultice- roots, leaves and flowers).

Our Goldenrod (Solidago Canadensis) as seen above is traditionally used as a kidney tonic to counter inflammation and irritation caused by bacterial infections and/or kidney stones. Goldenrod can also be used as a tincture for kidney and bladder cleansing.

We also use it in this season for quick fasting and internal healing (we blend it with other specific herbs which are peaking now- like mullein and the goldenrod root (as a chew) as a relief for toothaches.

Goldenrod has a sweet smell and is an anise or licorice-like flavor and has been sold as a medicinal, for issues such as: mucus, kidney/bladder cleansing and kidney/gallbladder stones, colds, digestion, and as tea. A nice tea can be made by infusion in hot water, but our favorite is as a sun tea.

Here’s how: Take the leaves and flowers and put about one big hand full of them into about a half gallon hot water or in a glass jar placed in the sun. Cover it. You can reuse the tea again (for our goldenrod three times yields just as powerful of a tea- in fact the second and third batch yield more quickly. Drink Goldenrod for a sore throat, snake bites, a fever, kidney and bladder problems, measles, cough, asthma, cramps, colic, colds, and even diarrhea.

But Goldenrod’s power and use does not stop there. Also A poultice is used for boils, burns, headache, toothache, wounds, and sores.

Traditionally, we cherish Goldenrod and use it as a Tonic in Indigenous Ceremonies. It is the last nectar the bees take to make their honey. They love it, as do a very wide variety of insects.

Blood Tests Dr’s. Refuse to Run that May Save Your Life?

Vitamin D- A Mysteriously Deficient Nutrient?


One nutrient that is becoming more and more the focus of researcher scientists around the world is Vitamin D.
Vitamin D has been found by research scientist to be almost universally functionally deficient in the population — not just during long winter months when sunlight is low, but extending throughout most of the year.

What does this mean? That nearly all of us have stalled Calcium utilization. Even if we eat Calcium most of us lack the amounts of Vitamin D necessary to utilize it — so, as we age, the Calcium delivered through our diets and supplements is leaving our body (via our urine) faster than we are consuming new Calcium.

Other studies have shown that 90-some percent of folks with chronic or seasonal body aches and pains respond quickly and profoundly, in a good way, to Vitamin D supplementation at potency levels found in Master SuperFood blends.

Also, both Vitamin D & Calcium are essential for heart and nerves function. From a bureaucratic perspective, Vitamin D is added to milk and all of us are expected to drink 3 servings per day — or we’re s.o.l. on our vitamin D consumption.

But these days most people are trying to cut back on milk consumption because of the high levels of saturated animal fats and hideous amounts of cholesterol, antibiotics, homogenization-altered molecules and other undesirable ingredients in milk. Still others have become dedicated vegetarians for ethical reasons or for environmental considerations — or just because….

Exacerbating low ‘D’ are Indoor lifestyles, long sleeves, long pants and sunscreens. This creates a more spotty availability of Vitamin D by blocking out sunlight-generated Vitamin D production.
