First of all I want you to remember, You are Powerful beyond measure.

Now, I know I’ve been quiet for some time now- please accept my deep apologies for that. The Zen Of Going Within

O.K. How you feelin’ right now?

Relax with each breathe in and each out breathe. Let all thoughts, impulses, and surroundings dissolve into ‘nothingness’.

As You are gently focusing on your visual screen/ third eye sensitive to color there and inner sounds, you loose the conscious control of your breathe.

You are now in a deeper state of awareness.

NOW In Harmony with All Life; You can Tap into this state at any moment you choose. Turning this state on is what I call ‘The ZEN of going Within’.

It’s Pretty easy when you use a simple system that works like like this one.

Naam, Namaste, Ashe, Selah. So long for now.

A Simple Technique for Getting In Touch Within

I had a lot of wonderful experiences today. Thinking back on some of today’s occurrences, I would have flat out missed some of the inner wisdom, if I was not in touch within. How about you?

Are you in touch with your Inner Self?

Are you missing out on the joys of life? or

Are you experiencing life to the fullest?

You Are Divine, A Gift From Heaven

Re-member, Today is a ‘gift’, that’s why we call it the ‘present’.  Why not Enjoy all the presents and insights you are gifted with daily? Can you see them? (sometimes it’s difficult to see).  I know you want to, so just allow it to be seen…

Embrace life and be the ultimate observer watching the Almighty’s world at work in your life- it’s amazing.

My simple Spirit/ Mind/ Body Technique

A simple way I Get In Touch Within is this:

  1. Take a deep breathe and relax
  2. Let the pressures, thoughts, concerns, surrounding just melt away with your relaxation
  3. Think of Nothing or lightly let things race across your mind and out.. (A good imagineer can use the image of a stream flowing through you and simply depositing the mental images into the flowing stream to be carried away- the water is also full of light and washes all internally)
  4. Focus on something you love, then just reflect on that feeling. You are Within now.
  5. Freely Embrace experienced feelings or even Change them right there inside you, in your (brain, heart, and gut) mind.
  6. Enjoy the new-found energy and insight(s) you may have gained.
  7. Repeat as needed daily Have fun.
